作为矿业生产的安全保障,支架的作用一直被高度重视。影响支架效能的因素很多,比如结构材质的强度和韧度及支架本身的结构特点等。此外,支架支撑点的不同也对安全防护效果有很大影响。在详细分析安全防护效果随支撑点变化规律的基础上,总结出支撑点的最优选取策略。该策略可为采用相同材质及结构的支架发挥最大安全防护效能提供参考依据。
As the security of mining production, the role of stents has been highly valued. There are many factors that affect the performance of the stent, such as the strength and toughness of the structural material and the structural characteristics of the stent itself. In addition, the different points of the support bracket also have a great influence on the safety protection effect. Based on the detailed analysis of the change rule of the safety protection effect with the support points, the optimal tactics for selecting the support points are summarized. This strategy can provide reference for using the same material and structure of the stent to maximize the safety and efficacy.
