目的:研发一套基于物联网的无线镇痛监控系统,用于远程病房术后患者的镇痛监控。方法:无线镇痛监控系统由镇痛终端和无线镇痛管理系统组成。由无线镇痛泵发射无线信号给无线镇痛管理系统的基站,通过监测台显示无线镇痛泵的运行信息及报警信息,最终形成术后随访及患者自控镇痛记录单。结果:该系统实现了临床患者的镇痛泵与麻醉科医生的中央监测工作站的实时连接,建立了实时有效的报警和可追溯性的医疗监测数据记录机制,提高了镇痛管理的质量及患者的满意度。结论:该系统有利于医护人员对使用中的无线镇痛泵系统终端进行集中化和实时性的监控和管理,实现了患者自控镇痛的信息化与智能化,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a set of wireless analgesia monitoring system based on Internet of Things for the monitoring of analgesia in postoperative patients in remote wards. Methods: The wireless analgesia monitoring system consists of an analgesic terminal and a wireless analgesia management system. The wireless analgesia pump transmits wireless signals to the base station of the wireless analgesia management system. Through the monitoring station, the operation information and alarm information of the wireless analgesia pump are displayed, and a postoperative follow-up and patient-controlled analgesia record sheet is finally formed. Results: The system real-time connection between the analgesic pump and the anesthesiologist’s central monitoring workstation in clinical patients established a real-time and effective alarm and traceability medical monitoring data recording mechanism to improve the quality of analgesic management and patients Satisfaction. Conclusion: The system is conducive to health care workers in the use of wireless analgesia pump system terminal centralized and real-time monitoring and management to achieve patient-controlled information and intelligent analgesia, it is worth promoting the application.
