根据粘着磨损的机理和最近进展,设计並由中频感应炉冶炼了三种合金:y_3、y_4、y_5。通过金相研究、X-射线衍射试验、电解蚀刻、硬度测定等进行了相分析,对试样进行了高速滑动试验、低速往复擦伤试验以及耐氧化(腐蚀)试验,並与2Cr13钢、85合金和钴铬钨硬质合金进行了对比。结果表明,y_5合金的抗磨性能接近于钴铬钨硬质合金,远优于2Cr13钢,可以发展成为钴基合金的代用品。
According to the mechanism of adhesive wear and recent progress, three kinds of alloys are designed and smelted by medium frequency induction furnace: y_3, y_4, y_5. The phase analysis was carried out by metallographic research, X-ray diffraction test, electrolytic etching and hardness measurement. The samples were subjected to high-speed sliding test, low-speed reciprocating abrasion test and oxidation resistance test. Alloy and cobalt chrome tungsten carbide were compared. The results show that the wear resistance of y_5 alloy is close to that of cobalt chromium tungsten carbide, which is much better than that of 2Cr13 steel. It can be used as a substitute of cobalt base alloy.
