本文系统地探讨了Ar-CO_2混合气体保护焊条件下,钢板表面带锈、预涂底漆及改变焊接规范时详缝的气孔倾向.通过试硷,得出以下结论:平板堆焊及丁字接头平角焊时,焊缝产生气孔的种类是不一样的.无机富锌底漆的气孔倾向低于磷化底漆.轧钢黑皮对焊缝的气孔倾向小于黄锈.Ar-CO_2混合气体保护焊时焊接规范影响熔滴的过渡形式,靠近大滴过渡的喷射过渡区焊缝的气孔倾向减小.
In this paper, we systematically discussed the stomatal tendency of the fissures in the Ar-CO_2 gas-shielded welding with the rust on the surface of the steel plate, the precoating of the primer and the change of welding specifications.The following conclusions are drawn from the test of alkali: When fillet welding, the types of pores in the weld seam are different.The porosity of the inorganic zinc-rich primer is lower than that of the phosphating primer, When the welding specification affects the transition form of the droplet, the porosity of the weld in the transition zone near the droplet decreases.
