目的:了解萧山区预防接种门诊建设及其免疫预防服务质量,为今后免疫规划督导和门诊建设提供参考。方法:从现场评审、疫苗接种率、预防接种知识知晓率和家长预防接种服务满意度四方面对随机抽取的15家预防接种门诊(其中规范10家,星级5家)进行调查描述,并比较规范和星级门诊间差异,分析影响因素。结果:15家预防接种门诊的现场评审平均分为81.73±9.02、乙脑疫苗的基础和加强免疫接种率分别为98.16%和90.77%,预防接种知识知晓率平均为90.70%,整体满意率为81.43%;星级门诊在各方面均好于规范门诊(P<0.05)。结论:全区预防接种门诊建设和服务维持了较高水平;星级门诊四方面均优于规范门诊。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the construction of vaccination clinics in Xiaoshan District and the quality of their immunological services so as to provide reference for future supervision and clinic construction of immunization programs. Methods: 15 vaccination clinics (including 10 norms and 5 stars) were randomly selected from four aspects: on-site assessment, vaccination rate, awareness of vaccination knowledge and parents’ vaccination service satisfaction, and compared Standard and star clinic differences, analyze the influencing factors. Results: The field trials of 15 vaccination clinics averaged 81.73 ± 9.02. The basic and booster vaccination rates of JE vaccine were 98.16% and 90.77% respectively. The awareness rate of vaccination knowledge was 90.70% on average, and the overall satisfaction rate was 81.43 %; Outpatient star clinic is better than the standard outpatient in all aspects (P <0.05). Conclusion: The construction and service of vaccination clinics in the whole district maintained a high level; the star clinic was better than the standard outpatients in all four aspects.
