1.工程概况郑州市二道街亚龙小区5-7号楼建筑面积1460m~2,为7层带半地下室砖混结构,钢筋混凝土条形基础,局部联合基础,建筑高度(23.00+3.70)m;1～7层为住宅。该楼地基为黄河冲、淤积粉土,下部有七十年代开挖的防空洞,防空洞拱顶及侧壁为120mm厚砖墙,拱顶距现地面约4.5m。建房时对场地进行了物探,有防空洞的地方基坑挖到地面下约7.0m处,清除了基础范围以内的防空洞,用砖墙封堵了防空洞口,然后夯填灰土至基础底面。楼房建成后没有出现大的沉降,使用情况正常。 1998年7月12日郑州市降大雨,二道街和铭功路交叉口附近积水较深,后二道街街口发生了大面积塌方,大量雨水顺塌方处灌入下边的防空洞中,直接影响到南边约20m处5-7号楼的地基基础。7月16日早晨,市
