目的 探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)对支气管扩张的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析了18例支气管扩张患者常规胸部CT和HRCT表现。结果 18例支气管扩张患者中有17例HRCT清晰显示了支气管扩张的部位、类型和范围,常规CT扫描显示11例支气管扩张;常规CT和HRCT对支气管扩张的检出的敏感性分别为61.1％和94.4％。结论 HRCT对支气管扩张患者尤其无明显症状者的诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high resolution CT (HRCT) for bronchiectasis. Methods The routine chest CT and HRCT findings of 18 patients with bronchiectasis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 18 patients with bronchiectasis, 17 cases of HRCT clearly showed the location, type and extent of bronchiectasis. Conventional CT scan showed bronchiectasis in 11 cases. The sensitivity of conventional CT and HRCT in detecting bronchiectasis were 61.1% and 94.4%. Conclusion HRCT is of great value in the diagnosis of patients with bronchiectasis, especially in the absence of obvious symptoms.
