矿井提升机的游动卷筒的铜瓦和主轴动配合表面采用润滑脂润滑,人工加注润滑脂时,若输送管路堵塞不易被发现,将导致缺润滑脂,而使铜瓦和主轴发生胶合。用购买的润滑脂泵进行了注脂试验,发现泵工作不可靠。为此研制了适用于矿井提升机润滑的高压润滑脂泵,通过偏心轴的旋转运动,转化为柱塞的直线往复运动,形成逐渐增大的吸脂腔和逐渐减小的排脂腔;偏心轴上设有对称布置的不完全齿轮,与旋转活塞上的齿轮啮合,由活塞实现吸脂口和排脂口的切换。根据润滑脂压力表的值判断输送管路导通情况,根据计量柱塞往复次数的计数器读数得出润滑脂的注入量,解决了铜瓦与主轴动配合表面缺润滑脂的现象,有效地防止了铜瓦与主轴胶合。
