本文针对我国法院调解各项具体制度的相关法律规定、实践操作及各种学者观点中存在的问题进行分析,分别提出了若干改革建议或方案,以期通过具体制度设计来完善我国法院调解制度。
This article analyzes the problems existing in the specific systems of court mediation in our country, the practical operation and various scholars’ opinions, and puts forward some proposals or proposals for reform respectively in order to perfect the system of court mediation in our country through the design of specific systems.
