Under the environment of globalization, how to cultivate high-quality talents adapted to social and economic development has become a widespread concern. As the main body of talent cultivation, colleges have made different degrees of teaching mode exploration and reform in recent years. As a public compulsory subject, English occupies an important position in the whole college classroom, so it is self-evident to reform it. In the process of exploring English teaching, Task Based Language Teaching is recognized by people for its own advantages. Through its application, it can significantly improve classroom efficiency, especially in oral English teaching, which can play a good role. Therefore, this paper will analyze and explore the application of TBLT in oral English teaching in order to improve its application level and promote the overall development of College English teaching.
