中医药学具有悠久的历史,是我国人民几千年来同疾病作斗争的经验总结,对中华民族的繁衍作出了重大的贡献,至今仍在我国人民保健事业中占有重要的地位。早在建国初期,党和国家为了保护和扶持中医药事业,制定了一系列的政策和措施,中医药事业有了一定的发展。但由于种种原因,我市中医药事业的发展仍很缓慢,与当前我国的社会主义建设事业很不适应。为了振兴我市的中医药事业,特作出如下决定:
Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. It is a summary of our people’s experience in fighting diseases for thousands of years and has made significant contributions to the reproduction of the Chinese nation. It still occupies an important position in the people’s health care in China. Early in the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the party and the state formulated a series of policies and measures to protect and support the Chinese medicine industry, and the Chinese medicine industry has achieved certain development. However, due to various reasons, the development of the Chinese medicine industry in the city is still very slow, and it is very difficult to adapt to the current socialist construction in China. In order to revitalize the city’s Chinese medicine business, we hereby make the following decisions:
