改变超短电脉冲电流条件,对电脉冲处理后的非晶Fe78Si9B13用Mo¨ssbauer谱方法进行了原子间力研究,用相对断裂应变法进行了脆性研究.发现当脉冲频率较低时间较短时,随着脉冲电流密度的增加,非晶脆性并没有多大改变;而当频率较大时间较长时,非晶Fe78Si9B13的脆性呈逐渐增加的趋势,而原子间力基本呈逐渐减小的趋势,这时脆性的增加主要是由于原子间力减小的结果.
By changing the current conditions of the ultrashort electric pulse, the study of the atomic force of the amorphous Fe78Si9B13 treated by electric pulse by Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy was carried out and the brittleness was studied by the relative breaking strain method. It was found that when the pulse frequency was short and the time was short , As the pulse current density increases, the amorphous brittleness does not change much; while when the frequency is longer, the brittleness of the amorphous Fe78Si9B13 shows a gradual increase trend, and the atomic force tends to decrease gradually, The increase in brittleness at this time is mainly due to the reduction of the inter-atomic force.
