沈阳星光北方玻璃有限公司工会娄丽娟所写“企业亏损不应成为拒拨工会经费的理由”一文(刊第四期)，来自基层工会，是实践中得到的认识，我认为是正确的。娄丽娟认为，工会收缴经费是工会财务工作的基础和关键，收好工会经费是从物质上保证工会各项活动的开展，更好地为工运事?
Article written by Lou Lijuan, trade union of Shenyang Xingguang North Glass Co., Ltd. “Enterprise losses should not become reason for refusing to allocate funds for trade unions” (Issue No. 4). From the grassroots trade unions, it is a recognition gained in practice that I think it is correct. Lou Lijuan believes that the collection of funds by trade unions is the foundation and key to the financial work of the trade unions. The collection of trade unions funds materially guarantees that all activities of the trade unions will be carried out to better serve the workmanship.
