网络文化安全作为网络安全中“人”的因素,陆续受到各国的关注。如何普及网络文化安全,推动其发展成为了全人类的一项重大课题。从推动网络安全的目的和原则出发,结合国外立法经验和当今中国的立法现状提出促进网络文化安全的立法对策。
As a factor of “people” in cybersecurity, cybercultural security has been receiving the attention of various countries one after another. How to popularize the cyberculture security and promote its development has become an important issue for all mankind. Starting from the purpose and principle of promoting cybersecurity, we propose the legislative countermeasures to promote the cybersecurity by combining the experience of foreign legislation and the current situation of China’s legislation.
