本文研究了32例心电图V_1导联示P波终末电势阳性(Ptf-V_1≤-0.03毫米·秒)和32例冠心病患者的心阻抗图 A(dz/dt)_(max)及 P-A 间期,并与55名对照者比较。结果表明,Ptf-V_1 阳性组的 A 波最大负向振幅和 P-A 间期分别为0.69±0.39欧姆/秒和144.69±41.58毫秒,冠心病组分别为0.82±0.33欧姆/秒和149.06±21.76毫秒,均显著高于对照组(分别为0.41±0.20欧姆/秒和109.85±34.86毫秒,P 均<0.001)。本文进一步对高年龄对照组与伴或不伴 Ptf-V_1 阳性的冠心病患者进行了亚组分析,初步认为心阻抗图 A(dz/dt)_(max)和 P-A 间期可能是评价心脏功能有价值和敏感的指标。
