以钛酸丁脂、无水乙醇、冰醋酸为原料,以无水焦磷酸钾、六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯相锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2粉体,TEM照片及XRD衍射峰宽化计算显示粉体的粒径在25~40 nm;纯相锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2粉体在波长为280~380 nm区的紫外线有较好的屏蔽性,在可见光区有较好的透过性,可以被用来制作低成本高性能的紫外屏蔽材料。
Titanic acid, anhydrous ethanol and glacial acetic acid were used as raw materials, and pure anatase TiO 2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method using anhydrous potassium pyrophosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersants. TEM Photographs and XRD diffraction peak broadening calculations show that the particle size of the powder is in the range of 25-40 nm. Pure phase anatase nano-TiO 2 powder has better UV shielding ability in the wavelength range of 280-380 nm. In the visible region Have better permeability, can be used to make low-cost high-performance UV shielding materials.
