伴随互联网技术的普及和发展,中国已经进入了网络社会,互联网与职业指导的深度融合成为职业指导未来的发展趋势。笔者以互联网形式的职业指导为研究对象,通过论述互联网形式下的职业指导产生发展的背景,相比传统形式的职业指导优势,指出做好互联网形式下职业指导的重要性和迫切性。通过分析当前互联网形式职业指导的瓶颈及成因,理论联系实际,初步探索在实践中做好互联网形式下职业指导的若干尝试。
With the popularization and development of Internet technology, China has entered the online society. The deep integration of Internet and career guidance has become the future trend of career guidance. The author takes the vocational guidance of the Internet as the research object. By discussing the background of the career guidance under the Internet, the author points out the importance and urgency of doing vocational guidance under the Internet in comparison with the advantages of the vocational guidance in the traditional form. By analyzing the bottlenecks and causes of the current career guidance in the form of Internet, the theory is based on reality, and some attempts to do vocational guidance under the Internet in practice are tentatively explored.
