本文通过分析南京地铁运营有限责任公司培训评估体系的现状,运用柯氏四级培训评估模式,结合南京地铁未来几年发展趋势,设计了南京地铁运营公司培训评估体系,并对评估结果的反馈和运用提出了建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of training evaluation system of Nanjing Metro Operation Co., Ltd. and the four-level training assessment model of Nanjing Corps, this paper designs a training evaluation system for Nanjing Metro Operation Company based on the development trend of Nanjing Subway in the next few years. Put forward suggestions.
