铸件微观组织模拟是利用计算机模拟铸件微观组织的形成过程,以预测铸件的组织结构和性能本文对铸件微观组织数值模拟技术的发展过程、应用现状进行了评述简要介绍了铸件微观组织数值模拟的基本思路以及模拟过程中的宏/微观统一数学模型,如热传导模型、溶质传输模型、形核模型、晶粒生长模型分析了两种随机方法即Monte-Carlo法和Celular-Automato法的优缺点评价了模拟中使用的新技术在此基础上,提出了当前铸件微观组织模拟研究的发展方向
