治疗方药:急性期用生龙牡、代赭石、石决明各30g,当归、天麻、天冬、玄参、丹参、红花各10g,地龙15g,牛膝6g,言语不利加莒蒲、远志、天竺黄各10g,咳嗽痰多加胆南星、川贝各15g,头痛加白芷10g,水煎服,1dl剂,7d为1疗程。同时常规静滴甘露醇250ml,每12h1次,连用3～5d,低分子右旋糖酐500ml加复方丹参液20ml,静滴1dl次,14d为1疗程。意识障碍者加胞二磷胆硷0.5肌注或静滴,血压高者,口服心痛定10mg,Tid,恢复期加针灸按摩,加强肢体功能锻炼。
