标题化合物通过双杂芳基乙烯在加热回流的二氯甲烷中加溴,然后室温下在四氢呋喃溶液中由叔丁醇钾脱溴的方法进行制备,合成了8种未见文献报道的标题化合物。与过渡金属催化方法相比,此种制备方法原料易得,反应简便高效,不需要有昂贵金属参与。对所得产物进行了紫外和荧光光谱的检测,光化学测试表明,在紫外光照射下,标题化合物在有机溶剂或酸性水溶液中没有光化学活性。
The title compound was prepared by the addition of a di-heteroaryl ethylene to a mixture of bromine heated in refluxing dichloromethane followed by debromination of potassium tert-butoxide at room temperature in tetrahydrofuran solution to synthesize eight novel title compounds which were not reported. Compared with the transition metal catalytic method, the raw material of the preparation method is easy to obtain, the reaction is simple and efficient, and does not need expensive metal to participate. The obtained product was detected by UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. The photochemical tests showed that under UV irradiation, the title compound has no photochemical activity in organic solvent or acidic aqueous solution.
