高职院校培养的是职业技术类一线的技术应用型人才,因此高职院校的就业指导工作用于实现人才培养目标和满足社会需要等方面,无疑是最受欢迎的。然而在高考招录考试中对文化课的要求又相对较低,导致进校学生整体素质层次不齐,加上社会对高职教育的偏见,不少学生认为上高职“没有前途”。经济“新常态”下学生就业压力本身就很大,高职学校的就业难度就更大,既然是面向社会的一线人才,高职学校的就业就有着举足轻重的作用,因此积极探索高职学生就业指导教学的新模式,自然成为社会的焦点,作为努力提高毕业生的就业率和就业质量,为构建和谐社会做出贡献。
