采用浸泡试验对珠光体基体灰铸铁、20钢和ND钢在硫酸溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。分析了试验温度和硫酸浓度对三种材料腐蚀速率的影响规律,并通过扫描电镜对灰铸铁、20钢和ND钢试样的腐蚀形貌进行了分析。结果表明,灰铸铁在硫酸溶液中的腐蚀速率最小,ND钢的腐蚀速率次之,20钢的腐蚀速率最大;随试验温度或硫酸浓度的变化,灰铸铁、20钢和ND钢试样呈现出不同的腐蚀形貌。
The corrosion behavior of pearlite matrix gray cast iron, 20 steel and ND steel in sulfuric acid solution was studied by immersion test. The influence of test temperature and concentration of sulfuric acid on the corrosion rate of the three materials was analyzed. The corrosion morphology of gray cast iron, 20 steel and ND steel was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that gray iron had the least corrosion rate in sulfuric acid solution, followed by the corrosion rate of ND steel, and the corrosion rate of 20 steel was the highest.
