公共文化服务体系是公民享有基本文化权利的保障,但在服务体系建设中存在着一定的问题制约着其发展,针对这些问题,找出对策,才能更好的服务于公众。
Public cultural service system is the guarantee for citizens to enjoy basic cultural rights. However, there are certain problems in the service system that constrain their development. To find out solutions to these problems, we can better serve the public.
