为向矿区铁路应用提供参考,分别采用普通石子和煤矸石作为路堤填料,对格宾结构单体进行了单轴压缩试验研究,得到了其力学行为和单轴受压的应力-应变关系.试验结果表明:在不同颗粒级配情况下,格宾结构单体单轴受压的应力-应变特征和力学行为规律不明显;石子作为填料的格宾结构单体的抗压强度远远大于煤矸石作为填料的格宾结构单体的抗压强度.理论计算结果表明,石子作为填料的格宾结构的承载力完全满足路堤承载力的要求.
In order to provide a reference for railway applications in the mining area, ordinary gravel and coal gangue were respectively used as embankment filling materials to carry out uniaxial compression tests of Graben structural monomers, and the stress-strain relationship of the mechanical behavior and uniaxial compression was obtained. The results show that the stress-strain characteristics and mechanical behavior of Graben structural monofactors under uniaxial compression are not obvious under the different particle grading conditions. The compressive strength of Graben monoliths with gravel as filler is much larger than that of coal gangue The compressive strength of the GABON monomer as filler was calculated.The theoretical calculation results show that the load capacity of the Graben structure with the gravel as the filler fully meets the requirements of the embankment bearing capacity.
