用场强为140kv/m的静电场对于不同贮藏年代的翠菊和矮牵牛种子处理15min,然后使其萌发,并测定其种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数,以及种子外渗液电导率的变化。结果表明,1988~1990年3年不同年代收获贮藏的翠菊种子,随着贮藏年代增加,其种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数下降,种子外渗液的电导率增加。经静电处理后,种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数都有较大增加,比对照达到极显著差异,同时种子外渗液的电导率则降低。1986~1990年采收贮藏的矮牵牛种子也是随着贮藏年代的增加,发芽率和种子活力随之下降,外渗液电导率增加。同样,经静电场处理后,种子发芽率和种子活力均有较大增加,与对照相比,1988和1989年的种子都达到极显著水平。1990和1987年的种子达到显著水平。另外电导率也有不同程度的降低。

Seeds in 1990 and 1987 reached a significant level. In addition, the conductivity has also been reduced to varying degrees.
