用场强为１４０ｋｖ／ｍ的静电场对于不同贮藏年代的翠菊和矮牵牛种子处理１５ｍｉｎ，然后使其萌发，并测定其种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数，以及种子外渗液电导率的变化。结果表明，１９８８～１９９０年３年不同年代收获贮藏的翠菊种子，随着贮藏年代增加，其种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数下降，种子外渗液的电导率增加。经静电处理后，种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数都有较大增加，比对照达到极显著差异，同时种子外渗液的电导率则降低。１９８６～１９９０年采收贮藏的矮牵牛种子也是随着贮藏年代的增加，发芽率和种子活力随之下降，外渗液电导率增加。同样，经静电场处理后，种子发芽率和种子活力均有较大增加，与对照相比，１９８８和１９８９年的种子都达到极显著水平。１９９０和１９８７年的种子达到显著水平。另外电导率也有不同程度的降低。

Similarly, the seed germination rate and seed vigor increased significantly after electrostatic field treatment, and the seeds reached extremely significant levels in 1988 and 1989 compared with the control. Seeds in 1990 and 1987 reached a significant level. In addition, the conductivity has also been reduced to varying degrees.
