描述了一个由光阴极、微通道板、荧光屏、光导纤维和自扫描二极管阵列组成的象增强器。并用波长为1.7—7nm的入射光子测试了该象增强器的性能,结果表明它可作为软X射线弯晶谱仪的无窗位置灵敏探测器。
Describes an image intensifier consisting of a photocathode, microchannel plate, phosphor screen, optical fiber and self-scanning diode array. The performance of the image intensifier was tested with incident photons of wavelength 1.7-7nm. The results show that it can be used as a windowless position sensitive detector for soft X-ray crystal bending spectrometer.
