含氟二元共混乳液形成梯度结构膜研究

用乳液聚合方法合成了3种表面能及氟含量一致但链段运动能力不同的的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物,将这3种聚合物乳液与同一种普通丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液以相同的比例共混后成膜并进行了适当的热处理,研究了热处理温度及共混组分软硬差别对膜断面梯度结构的影响。通过对共混膜表面性能和断面结构的表征发现:共混两组分有软硬差别时,含氟组分硬(Tg高),成膜时未能扩散更有利于共混膜热处理后形成沿厚度方向的氟浓度梯度结构,且在稍低于粘流温度的150℃热处理能得到最好的梯度结构;没有软硬差别的共混两体系比有软硬差别的共混体系更容易在成膜后的热处理过程中形成沿膜厚度方向的氟浓度梯度。 Three kinds of fluorine-containing acrylate polymers with the same surface energy and different fluorine content but different kinematic kinematic segments were synthesized by the emulsion polymerization method. Through the characterization of the surface properties and the cross-section structure of the blends, it was found that when the two components are hard and soft, the fluorine-containing component is hard (Tg is high) The gradient structure of fluorine in the thickness direction, and the best gradient structure can be obtained by heat treatment at 150 ℃, which is slightly lower than the viscous flow temperature. The blends with no difference between hard and soft are easier to blend than those with hard and soft The fluorine concentration gradient along the film thickness direction is formed during the heat treatment after the film formation.
