基于项目工作分解理论知识,根据创新型项目的背景、特点和存在问题,研究项目工作分解初始规划的结构和方法,提出创新型项目工作分解滚动式规划的必要性和实施目标。以此为基础,制定项目工作滚动式规划实施方案,确定分阶段渐进明细工作分解的时间点设置。通过滚动式规划以重新检查评估、深化分解、补充完善,形成最终的创新型项目工作分解结构,产生明确清晰的工作实施基准,最大限度控制项目风险,保障项目有序实施。
Based on the knowledge of project work decomposition, this paper studies the structure and method of project work decomposition initial plan according to the background, characteristics and existing problems of project innovation, and puts forward the necessity and implementation goal of work roll-over of project innovation. Based on this, we will formulate a rolling plan of the project work and determine the time-point setting for the gradual and detailed breakdown of work phases. Through rolling planning to re-examine and evaluate, deepen the decomposition, complement and perfect the final innovative project work breakdown structure, a clear and clear work implementation benchmark, to maximize control of project risks and ensure the orderly implementation of the project.
