介绍了新近开发的一种可燃用低挥发份无烟煤的预燃室——中心火炬稳燃式直流煤粉预燃室的设计原理、结构,及热态试验和工业试验的研究结果。实验室研究表明,该种预燃室可在一次风粉混合物温度不超过270℃的条件下。顺利点燃福建低挥发份无烟煤粉气流并稳定燃烧,中心辅助火炬耗能少,预燃室抗干扰能力强,其功能与效益已为福建某台220t/h的电站锅炉上进行的工业试验所证实。
This paper introduces the design principle, structure, results of hot test and industrial test of a newly developed preburner - central torch - stabilized DC pulverized coal preburner with low volatile anthracite. Laboratory studies have shown that this kind of pre-combustion chamber can be a mixture of wind powder temperature does not exceed 270 ℃ conditions. Successfully ignited Fujian low volatile anthracite pulverized coal flow and stabilized combustion, the central auxiliary torch consume less energy and the anti-interference ability of the pre-combustion chamber is strong, and its function and benefit have been confirmed by industrial tests carried out on a 220t / h power station boiler in Fujian .
