首先,向主办单位表示祝贺,向“七星”表示祝贺,这样的评选有引导和启发意义。08年马上要过去了,在我们回顾三十年中国房地产所走过的路时再结合想这个评选是很有意义的。我看这七个入选项目在建筑上有自己的特色,有地方的特点,比较重视内外环境的设计和建筑形象的设计。我设想,不管我买了房还是别人买了房,感觉买了这样的房子赏心悦目。设计得好,住的也好,这不但是城市名片,还是主人的形象,所以你要充分理解主人的需求。
First of all, I would like to congratulate the organizers and congratulate “Seven Stars ”. Such a selection is instructive and inspiring.
