在社会与经济飞速发展的背景之下,建筑工程也取得了很大的进步与发展,人们对于建筑工程质量相应的也提出了更高的要求。为了从根本之上提升建筑工程管理的水平,建筑企业务必要完善的质量体系建立起来,另外还得要不断的引入先进的工程管理技术人员,从而就可以充分的保障建筑工程可以获得较好的水平。针对建筑建筑工程的合理化的管理方式,就可以强化建筑工程的质量,最终在最大限度之上来促进建筑行业的可持续发展。鉴于此,本文主要分析提高建筑工程管理及施工质量控制的有效措施。
