虎杖提取物分别用水与不同浓度 (30％， 50％， 70％ )乙醇处理，通过反相高效液相色谱法，测定不同工艺的虎杖提取物中的白黎芦醇甙的含量。综合比较分析得出以水作为溶媒能更有效地将白黎芦醇甙提取出来。
The Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati extracts were treated with water and different concentrations (30%, 50%, 70%) of ethanol, and the content of resveratrol in the Polygonum cuspidatum extracts was determined by RP-HPLC. Comprehensive comparative analysis shows that the use of water as a solvent can more effectively extract resveratrol oxime.
