维修性是评价航空发动机的主要技术指标之一。好的维修性可减少维修差错,提高发动机的可靠性和外场出勤率,减少维修时间和维修费用。 T70O发动机是美国通用电气(GE)公司70年代推出并投入使用的1000千瓦(1500轴马力)级的涡轴发动机,有军用型和民用型。它在国际直升机动力装置市场中占有相当大的份额,迄今已有2万多台销往世界各地,装备五十多个军、民用机种。它以高可靠性、维修简便和寿命期成本低而得到飞机制造商和用户的青睐。 本文介绍T700发动机研制过程中的维修性设计和管理工作。
Maintainability is to evaluate the aircraft engine one of the major technical indicators. Good maintainability reduces maintenance errors, improves engine reliability and field attendance, and reduces repair time and maintenance costs. T70O engine is the United States General Electric (GE) introduced 70 years and put into use 1000 kW (1500 shaft horsepower) class turboshaft engine, military and civilian type. It occupies a considerable share of the international helicopter power plant market, so far more than 20,000 units sold around the world, equipped with more than 50 military and civilian aircraft. It is favored by aircraft manufacturers and users with high reliability, easy maintenance and low cost of life. This article describes the T700 engine development process of maintenance design and management.
