[目的]探讨心脑血脉宁对家兔易损斑块内炎细胞浸润和血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响.[方法]通过球囊拉伤主动脉内皮配合高脂饲料喂养复制家兔易损斑块模型.术后1周始,给予心脑血脉宁口服12周,于处死前24 h和48 h,分别予以药物触发斑块破裂,触发前收集血液,应用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法检测家兔血清CRP含量,处死后切取斑块,观察炎细胞浸润情况.[结果]心脑血脉宁可降低血清CRP的浓度,减少斑块内炎细胞浸润,与模型组相比有显著性差异.[结论]心脑血脉宁可以通过抑制炎症反应,达到稳定易损斑块的目的.
