目的完善电话随访工作,更好地为病人服务。方法总结电话随访工作的经验体会。结果电话随访工作质量的高低,直接影响到随访率的高低。结论电话随访工作的不断改进,营造了良好的医患关系,实现了社会效益与经济效益的双赢,值得进一步深化、推广。
Objective To improve telephone follow-up and better serve patients. Methods Summarize experience of phone follow-up. Results The quality of telephone follow-up work directly affects the level of follow-up. Conclusion The continuous improvement of telephone follow-up work has created a good doctor-patient relationship and achieved a win-win situation between social and economic benefits. It is worth further deepening and promotion.
