梳理南沙区图书馆外包前的情况与困难,认为编制少和新开放是南沙区图书馆的主要特点。简述其招标过程,对图书馆外包的服务情况、图书馆管理层、外包人员和读者进行调研,发现南沙区图书馆的外包服务总体令人满意。在此基础上,归纳南沙区图书馆服务外包的特点为从基础做起和部分业务完全外包,指出该馆服务外包存在的问题并提出相应对策,认为南沙区图书馆服务外包经验的推广条件尚不成熟。
Combing the situation and difficulties of Nansha District Library before outsourcing, it is concluded that the lack of establishment and new opening are the main features of Nansha District Library. Briefing its bidding process, the author conducted a survey on the service of library outsourcing, library management, outsourced staffs and readers, and found that the overall outsourcing service of Nansha District Library was satisfactory. On this basis, it summarizes the characteristics of Nansha District Library Outsourcing as starting from the basic and complete outsourcing of some businesses, points out the problems existing in the outsourcing of the library and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It is concluded that the service outsourcing experience of Nansha District Library Immature.
