语言文字是社会生活中不可或缺的交际工具和信息载体,语言文字社会应用的规范化程度是衡量一个国家社会文明发展水平的重要标志之一。随着信息化时代的迅速到来,中国教育现代化、信息化的发展面临着挑战和机遇。在普通话推广的手段和普通话教育资源的建设方面也面临着新的问题和新的挑战。加强普通话多种媒体教育资料库的建设对于有效运用现代教育技术推广普通话有着积极的意义。
Language and writing are indispensable tools of communication and information carrier in social life. The standardization of the application of language and script is one of the important symbols to measure the development level of a country’s social civilization. With the rapid arrival of the information age, China’s education modernization and informationization are facing challenges and opportunities. It also faces new problems and new challenges in the promotion of Putonghua and the construction of Mandarin education resources. Strengthening the construction of a multi-media educational database in Putonghua is of positive significance for the effective use of modern educational technologies to promote Putonghua.
