研究了应用有限元法进行发动机铝铸件三维凝固过程的数值模拟,建立了铸件/铸型等效边界条件,提出了凝固潜热的有效处理方法。应用自己开发的铸件三维凝固过程有限元分析软件包对发动机铸件进行了凝固数值模拟计算,取得了较为满意的结果。
The finite element method was used to simulate the three-dimensional solidification process of engine aluminum castings. The equivalent boundary conditions of castings and molds were established, and the effective treatment method of latent heat of solidification was proposed. The finite element analysis package of three-dimensional solidification process of castings developed by ourselves was used to calculate the solidification of engine castings, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
