山东省历城区三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性

目的研究山东省历城区三带喙库蚊成蚊及幼虫对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,了解其对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为三带喙库蚊的化学控制提供理论依据。方法在三带喙库蚊的发生高峰期,大量采集野外三带喙库蚊成蚊,用小白鼠供血获得子一代幼虫和现场捕获且带回实验室产一次卵后的雌成蚊为试虫;用WHO推荐的药膜接触法、幼虫浸渍法,分别测定三带喙库蚊成蚊及幼虫对常用杀虫剂的敏感性;获得成蚊的击倒率和死亡率,幼虫对常用杀虫剂的LC50及其95%置信限(95%CI),比较其抗药性程度。结果三带喙库蚊成蚊对0.05%溴氰菊酯(1 h)、0.05%高效氯氰菊酯(1 h)、0.25%氯菊酯(3 h)、0.45%氯菊酯(3 h)、0.05%氯氰菊酯(1 h)、0.45%胺菊酯(1 h)等拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的死亡率分别为85.0%、74.6%、38.0%、92.9%、36.2%和43.6%;对1%杀螟硫磷(2 h)死亡率为16.1%;对0.1%残杀威(2 h)死亡率为16.9%;对4%DDT(4 h)死亡率为36.4%。三带喙库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯的LC50及其95%CI分别为0.0046(0.0037~0.0055)、0.0113(0.0092~0.0136)和0.0325(0.0289~0.0369)mg/L;DDVP、双硫磷、杀螟硫磷、马拉硫磷的LC50及其95%CI分别为4.9047(3.8612~6.4215)、9.5733(7.4644~12.5296)、1.2694(1.0280~1.5055)和0.7750(0.6060~0.9842)mg/L;仲丁威的LC50及其95%CI为4.4237(3.7406~5.2769)mg/L。与已发表文献的敏感品系比较,三带喙库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯相对抗性倍数分别为11.5、1.9和8.8倍,对DDVP、双硫磷、杀螟硫磷和马拉硫磷的相对抗性倍数分别为76.6、7977.8、256.4和84.2倍。结论山东省历城区三带喙库蚊成蚊对常用杀虫剂均已产生抗性,以有机磷类和氨基甲酸酯类最为严重;幼虫对有机磷类杀虫剂的抗性水平较高,双硫磷最高。 Objective To study the sensitivity of adult mosquitoes and larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to the commonly used insecticides in Licheng, Shandong Province, and to understand their resistance to commonly used insecticides to provide a theoretical basis for the chemical control of Culex. Results The results showed that the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to 0.05% deltamethrin (1 h), 0.05% beta-cypermethrin (1 h), 0.25% permethrin (3 h), 0.45% permethrin The mortality rates of pyrethroid insecticides such as cypermethrin (1 h) and tetramethrin (0.45%) for 1 h were 85.0%, 74.6%, 38.0%, 92.9%, 36.2% and 43.6% The mortality rate of fenitrothion (2 h) was 16.1%, that of 0.1% propoxur (2 h) was 16.9%, and that of 4% DDT (4 h) was 36.4%. The LC50 and 95% CI of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin and permethrin were 0.0046 (0.0037 ~ 0.0055), 0.0113 (0.0092 ~ 0.0136) and 0.0325 (0.0289 ~ 0.0369) mg / L . The LC50 and 95% CI of DDVP, diphosphorus, fenitrothion and malathion were 4.9047 (3.8612 ~ 6.4215), 9.5733 (7.4644 ~ 12.5296), 1.2694 (1.0280 ~ 1.5055) and 0.7750 0.9842) mg / L. The LC50 and the 95% CI of sec-butyl Dianhydride were 4.4237 (3.7406 ~ 5.2769) mg / L. Compared with the sensitive strains in published literature, the relative resistances of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin and permethrin were 11.5, 1.9 and 8.8 times, respectively. Conclusion Adult mosquitoes of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Licheng District, Shandong Province have already developed resistance to commonly used insecticides, with the most serious organic phosphorus and carbamates. Larvae have higher levels of organophosphate insecticides, Diphosphorus highest.
