血叶啉是当前国际上用于诊断和治疗恶性肿瘤的新药物。用它注入机体后,借助于血卟啉在激光激发下能产生一定波长的光波,即产生光动力学反应,可达到确定肿瘤的部位和消灭癌细胞的目的。但是这种方法只能对浅表肿瘤进行定位,对深部肿瘤则难以诊断。为了克服这一缺点,我们利用血卟啉能进入肿瘤的有利条件,用具有γ射线的核素Na~(131)I标记在血卟啉的结构上,注入体内后可对深部肿瘤用体外显像的方法来显示肿瘤的大小、部位,有利于早期诊断,早期治疗。
Hemophyline is currently a new international drug for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. After injecting it into the body, hematoporphyrins can generate light waves of a certain wavelength under the excitation of the laser light, thus producing a photodynamic reaction, which can achieve the purpose of determining the location of the tumor and eliminating the cancer cells. However, this method can only locate superficial tumors, but it is difficult to diagnose deep tumors. In order to overcome this shortcoming, we use the favorable conditions for hematoporphyrins to enter the tumor and use the radionuclide Na~(131)I with gamma ray to mark the structure of hematoporphyrin. After injection into the body, the deep tumor can be used in vitro. Like methods to display the size and location of the tumor are helpful for early diagnosis and early treatment.
