以煤矿井下生产为研究对象,利用3DMax和Virtools软件开发了矿井虚拟仿真系统。该系统能够真实地模拟井下生产情况,并和系统操作人员产生模拟互动。以综采工作面为例实现了该系统的模型制作、贴图纹理、场景生成、动画制作,及系统发布。该系统的实现为煤矿企业的员工培训提供了实时有效的工具。
Taking coal mine production as the research object, the mine virtual simulation system was developed by using 3DMax and Virtools software. The system truly simulates downhole production and generates simulated interactions with system operators. Taking the fully mechanized mining face as an example, this system has realized the model making, texture mapping, scene generation, animation production and system release. The implementation of this system provides a real-time and effective tool for staff training in coal mining enterprises.
