高新技术产业发展是衡量一个地区科技进步水平,评价地方经济增长方式的重要依据。本文首先基于1998-2012年辽宁省的GDP和辽宁省高新技术产业总产值数据,检验两列数据之间的协整关系,得出两者之间具有长期稳定均衡关系,然后选取高新技术产业发展程度高的广东省,与辽宁省进行三方面的比较,最终提出在发展高新技术产业时应发挥政府的宏观引导作用、提高研发效率等建议。
The development of high-tech industries is an important basis for measuring the level of scientific and technological progress in a region and evaluating the mode of local economic growth. Based on the GDP of Liaoning Province and the total output value of high-tech industry in Liaoning Province from 1998 to 2012, this paper examines the co-integration relationship between the two data sets and finds that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the two, and then selects high-tech industry development To a certain extent, Guangdong Province compared with Liaoning Province in three aspects. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions that the government should play a macro-guiding role in the development of high-tech industries and improve the efficiency of research and development.
