我叫孙红敏,是农一师四团七连党支部书记。2009年,我从政工员岗位走上了连队领导岗位之后,深感压力之大。因为这个连队已连续6年被评为团场的红旗连队。如何保持红旗连队的称号,让职工生活越来越好,是摆在连队领导班子面前的首要问题。为此,我们支部一班人针对连队农业管理和种植技术方面存在的盲点,经常下地与职工交流,尽可能解决职工们在生产过程中遇到的困难。
