近年来,在大石桥市委和营口市总工会的领导下,我们始终坚持把工资集体协商工作作为维护职工合法权益、构建和谐稳定劳动关系的重要工作来抓,以强烈的责任感,主动作为,在“巩固、提高、深化”上下功夫,探索建立了组织领导、工作推进、规范运行、约束激励、评估监督等5个常态化工作机制,扩大了工资集体协商的覆盖面,提升了协商质量,形成了常抓不懈的工作格局。
