考察当前中国艺术公共领域问题,有可能对艺术公赏力的社会环境及机制提出一种观察。围桌而坐的人们或人们可围坐的桌子这一比喻,对理解艺术公共领域具有重要的象征性意义。中国艺术公共领域的复苏式构建取决于国家艺术管理战略及政策改变、思想界的自由呼唤、市场经济环境、艺术界探索、外来全球化力量等多重因素的作用。其存在要素则包括国家改革战略、政府艺术政策、市场经济环境、艺术传媒平台、艺术家和公众等。这种艺术公共领域的实质在于建构和维护公民与艺术活动相关的公共自由,也就是以他人(或他者)艺术自由为自我(或我者)艺术自由前提的相互的艺术自由(即艺术公共自由)。其运行机制在于处理政府管理与审美自律、商业消费与社会关怀、全球时尚与地方传统、媒体自由与艺术伦理等几组关联范畴之间的关系。
Examining the current issues in the public domain of the arts in China may provide an observation of the social environment and mechanisms for the appreciation of the arts. The metaphor of people sitting around tables or tables of people sitting around has an important symbolic meaning in understanding the public sphere of art. The resurrection construction of the Chinese public art field depends on the multiple factors such as the change of national art management strategy and policy, the free call of the ideological community, the market economy environment, the exploration of the art circles and the force of external globalization. Its existing elements include the national reform strategy, government art policy, market economy environment, art media platform, artists and the public. The essence of this art public sphere lies in the construction and maintenance of public freedom of citizens in connection with artistic activities, that is, freedom of one another’s artistic freedom (or the other) free). Its operating mechanism lies in the relationship between government administration and aesthetic self-regulation, commercial consumption and social care, global fashion and local traditions, media freedom and artistic ethics.
