分析了门极可关断晶闸管(GTO)在关断过程中出现再导通现象的机理。通过试验证明了再导通现象的存在,同时验证了在高温下,再导通GTO的阻断电压远低于规定结温下的阻断电压。
The mechanism of the gate turn-off thyristor (GTO) turning on during the turn-off is analyzed. The existence of re-conduction phenomenon was proved through experiments. At the same time, it was verified that the blocking voltage of the re-conduction GTO was far lower than the blocking voltage at the specified junction temperature at high temperature.
