胃动素(Motilin, MTL)对胃窦及胃底小弯运动有刺激作用。我们着重观察胃溃疡(GU)、十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)、胃切除后吻合口炎(PGAS)溃疡型胃痛(UGC)及慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者血浆MTL水平,并对其变化意义进行探讨。 对象和方法 一、对象:随机收集无肝肾疾病,并经胃镜及病理证实的GU患者22例(男13,女9),年龄26～64岁,平均43.2岁;DU患者40例(男21,女19),年龄23～70岁,平均43岁;PGAS患者8例(男7,女1),年龄45～76岁,平均59.5岁;UGC患者7例(男5,女2),年龄44～80岁,平均56.3岁;CAG患者57例(男22,女35),年龄32～68岁,平均35.2岁。对照组为随机收集经胃镜检查大致正常或仅为轻度浅表性胃炎者,均无肝肾或其他胃肠动力异常的疾病,共45例(男25,女20);年龄21～64岁,平均32.3岁。
Motilin (MTL) can stimulate small gastric and gastric motility. We focused on the observation of plasma MTL levels in patients with gastric ulcer (GU), duodenal ulcer (DU), gastric ulcer with gastric anastomosis (PGAS) and chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) Its significance of change is discussed. Subjects and Methods 1. Subjects: Twenty-two GU patients (13 males and 9 females) with liver and kidney disease and confirmed by endoscopy and pathology were randomly enrolled in this study. The patients were 26-64 years old with an average of 43.2 years. Forty patients with DU (M 21 , Female 19), aged 23 to 70 years old with an average of 43 years old; 8 cases of PGAS patients (male 7, female 1), aged 45 to 76 years, mean 59.5 years; UGC patients 7 44 to 80 years old, with an average of 56.3 years old; 57 cases of CAG (male 22, female 35), aged 32 to 68 years old, with an average of 35.2 years old. In the control group, 45 cases (25 males and 20 females) were randomly collected from those with gastroscopy or mild superficial gastritis and no liver, kidney or other gastrointestinal motility abnormalities. They were 21 to 64 years old , An average of 32.3 years old.
