[目的]对我市10个县(市、区)实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考评结果情况进行评价,为更好地制定防治对策和措施提供科学依据。[方法]对我市10个县(市、区)考评资料进行分析。[结果]我市10个县(市、区)管理指标均在80分以上,居民合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上,8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为100μg/L,且尿碘含量低于50比例不超过20%。我市10个县(市、区)均符合《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估实施方案》要求,为达标县。[结论]从评估结果看,说明食盐加碘防治碘缺乏病主要措施的落实是到位的,鉴于外环境碘缺乏短期内不可改变的客观事实,我市各项措施必须长期实施,建立可持续消除碘缺乏病工作机制,长期巩固防治效果。
