目的:观察穿琥宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:76例急性上呼吸道感染患者被分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予病毒唑治疗,治疗组给予穿琥宁注射液治疗,观察症状、体征和外周血白细胞变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.7％,对照组为73.7％,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:穿琥宁注射液能有效地治疗急性上呼吸道感染,是一种良好的抗病毒药物。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Chuanhuning injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: A total of 76 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were divided into control group and treatment group. Ribavirin injection was given to the control group and symptoms and signs of peripheral blood leukocyte were observed in the control group. Results: The total effective rate was 94.7% in the treatment group and 73.7% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chuanhuning injection can effectively treat acute upper respiratory tract infection and is a good antiviral drug.
